The Quinault Indian Nation is attempting to expand their fishing, hunting, and gathering rights into our territory. If successful, they could claim up to 50% of all harvestable resources here.

The Chinook Indian Nation, alongside our sovereign nation allies, is calling on you to stand with us to ensure this does not happen.

Keep Quinault Hands Off Chinook Lands 〰️

The Chinook Indian Nation and our neighboring Nations, Chehalis, Shoalwater Bay, and Cowlitz, were never part of the Boldt Decision and do not receive 50% fishing or harvest rights. This is because our ancestors refused the terms of the treaties that led to that decision.

We live here alongside you as neighbors, coworkers, and community members. We depend on the same waters, the same economy, and the same future. Our goal has always been to protect and sustain these resources for everyone, not to take them away.

What is being proposed now could significantly impact local livelihoods, small businesses, and families across our region by changing who has access to these shared resources.

Thank you for standing up for our shared inheritance.
